Welcome to KeyChoice - Making things easy

KeyChoice replaces the old complicated system, with a much easier one.  Basically, you no longer just join our housing register and wait for us to come and offer you a property.  Instead you are now in control.

When properties become available for rent, we will now advertise them online, in the KeyChoice Property Sheet, in our local housing offices and throughout a number of locations throughout Calderdale on a weekly basis.

Register Today

To get started looking for your new home, you need to join the KeyChoice scheme.  You can only bid for a home once your Registration form has been registered and made live.

To request a KeyChoice Registration Form you can:

• Complete the online application form
• Call the KeyChoice Property Shop on 01422 255155
• Visit the KeyChoice Property Shop at Bull Green House
• Ask at any local housing office of Pennine Housing 2000 or Calderdale Housing Advice Centre
• Email KeyChoice@ph2k.org.uk
