Advertising and Choosing

How are properties advertised?

Mutual Exchange properties are advertised for 120 days on the KeyChoice website and in the MX Newsletter.

Adverts will appear on the website as they are approved and will be available for bidding until midnight on the 120th day.

The adverts

The advert will typically tell you who the landlord is, the location of the property, how many bedrooms there are and the rent for the property. There will also be a description of the property which will have been written by the current tenant.

The advert will also include some information about the type of property the current tenant wants to move to.

Choosing a property

You will be able to bid on any Mutual Exchange advert, however the current tenant may not choose to swap with you if you dont have what they are looking for.

All requests to swap homes must be approved by both parties landlords before the swap can take place.
