For July 2009 to September 2009
By the end of September 2009 there were just over eight thousand Active members who were in a position to bid for vacant properties, Diagram 1. There were a further 188 applications awaiting authorisation and 750 applicants had been suspended. The main reason for suspension was former tenant arrears.
Of the Active members 66% were within Bronze band and 33% within silver banding. There were relatively few applicants holding Silver Plus and Gold priority, Diagram 2.
Between July and September 616 Households were rehoused . Of these more than half (60%) had Silver banding and 27 % were within Bronze , Diagram 3.
