If you do not select any items from a drop down lists then this search criteria will be ignored (e.g. all property types will be displayed)

To select more than one item from a list hold down the CTRL key (or Apple key on a Mac) on your keyboard whilst clicking on the items required with your mouse.
To deselect an item hold down the CTRL key (or Apple key on a Mac) on your keyboard whilst clicking on the item no longer required with your mouse
