Mutual Exchange allows housing association tenants living within Calderdale to swap homes. This allows you to live in any area you want.

All available Mutual Exchange properties are advertised on the KeyChoice website and in the KeyChoice MX Newsletter which can be obtained from any PH2K office or Doorways.

You can use the MX newsletter or KeyChoice website to find the perfect home for you. You will need an active Mutual Exchange application to be able to bid on someone’s home.

You can swap homes with someone who is renting from a different landlord than you.

You can bid in a number of ways:

• Online at www.keychoice.org.uk
• At any PH2k office
• At Doorways
• Over the phone on 01422 255155

To see which home is best to bid for you can see if the current tenant is interested in your type of property and location.
